Sandwich Bread GF

Ingredients

2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 cups lukewarm water
set aside and let it rise

Dry ingredients

5 cups gluten free flour
4 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp sea salt

Wet ingredients

5 eggs
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Mix eggs vinegar and oil until foamy, add your mixture of yeast and water to it, than slowly add all dry ingredients and mix it for 4-5 minutes.

Pour it in 2 well oiled pans for bread baking and sprinkle with sesame, chia or flax seeds

Cover with plastic foil and let it rise until 1 inch away from the top of the pan.

Warm up oven to 375F and it bake for 15 minutes, than lower the temperature to 350F and bake for another 30 -35 minutes.
