Ingredients
2 beats shredded
2-3 carrots
1 apple, pealed and shredded
salt to taste
pepper to taste
lemon juice to taste
pecans – handful
Direcitons
Mix shredded carrots, apple and beats together and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and sprinkle with pecans. Yes, it is THAT easy! And super yummy.
