Maca powder: will give you strength and energy. It comes from maca root that grows in Peruvian mountains, and it has multiple positive effects on our health.
Maca supplies iron, by helping restoring the red blood cells hence, alleviating anemia and cardiovascular diseases. It keeps your bones and teeth healthy and allows you to heal from wounds more quickly. Maca root has also been called an adaptogen, which means that it increases the body’s ability to defend itself against both physical and mental weakening, hence potential illness. It is believed it achieves this by supporting adrenal and pituitary gland health, both of which underlie proper endocrine function.
If you have any health issues , ask your doctor first if maca is safe for you.
