Sweets – recipes


1 cup(140g) cashews, soaked x 1-2 hrs
3/4 cup water
2-3 Tbsp maple syrup, to taste
Pinch salt
1/4 cup(25g) pecans, chopped
Raw cacao nigs, handful
1/2 coconut oil


Goji berries
Hemp seeds
Hazelnuts, toasted

Key Lime Pie


Soak the unsalted cashews for 1-2 hours, drain and put into the blender. Add water and blend until creamy. Add maple syrup, pinch of salt, coconut oil, and maca powder. Blend until smooth.

Stir in toasted chopped pecans and raw cacao nibs (optional: hemp seeds, goji berries, or raisins- soaked previously to soften).

Freeze the pecan ice cream in the freezer for a few hours. Before serving, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes to allow it to soften slightly.
