10 dates, pitted
10 cashews or almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate (70%)

1 tsp maca powder
1-2 cardamom pods crushed to powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
orange zest

Slowly melt chocolate and coconut oil stirring constantly in double broiler.

Mix in maca powder, crushed cardamom and cinnamon.

Place cashews into dates instead of pits and dip into the chocolate mixture.

Leave them to dry and harden on parchment paper, than transfer to freezer for 10 min.

Get the pralines from freezer and decorate them with a fork that you previously dipped in the dark chocolate. Return to freezer for few more minutes, and than, keep cooled in fridge or freezer until serving time.
