1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)
1 cup milk
1 free range egg
1 shredded apple (or pear)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp spirulina powder


Butter, plain yogurt, honey, nuts,

Mix together egg, milk, salt , cinnamon, then add mixture of dry ingredients: flour, spirulina, baking powder. When all combined, stir in shredded apple.

Heat up your pancake pan and oil it with a bit of mixture of butter and olive oil. Grill one side of the pancake until you see bubbles forming on the top , than flip it to the other side and bake it until golden on the edges. (It will be a bit tricky to see this golden hue since the pancakes are green) 

Top your pancake with a Tablespoon of plain yogurt, fruits , nuts and /or shredded coconut and pour small amount of honey over it.
