1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
1 orange peel
1/2 orange - juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp honey



In a tall bowl mix heavy whip, orange and lemon zest, juice from half orange, cinnamon and honey.

With hand blender mix it until the butter separates from the liquid (approximately 7 minutes)

When Butter separated, drain the fluid and store the butter in a fridge to firm up.

Use as a spread on bread, waffles, pancakes, toast or scones.
