Recipe by Nina Kokalj

Direcitons

Preheat the oven to 425F (220C)

Steam the cauliflower and carefully dry afterwards, than blend in blender.
Mix it with chia seeds, oregano, shredded cheese, salt, egg, and GF flour, knead well and thin into a 1/4 inch circular layer.

Bake it plain for 15 -20 min until golden brown. Get it out of the oven and spread tomato paste over that you previously mixed with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Add desired toppings, and place mozzarella and basil on the top.
Return your pizza back into the oven for 15-20 more min till cheese melts and veggies bake.

Benefits

Cauliflower: is not usually a first veggie that kids pick to eat, so there you go – use it as pizza dough. It is rich in B vitamins, antioxidants, has anticancer benefits, and promotes digestion to name a few.

Kids love pizza, so do adults. If you have a peaky eater, this may be a great way to jam in lots of nutrients from veggies that would otherwise stay uneaten.
