Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

Cook your selection of fresh or frozen fruits with either a few stevia leaves or coconut sugar, until the water evaporates and it becomes more dense. If desired, you may add vanilla beans. Blend all the ingredients in a blender for a smoother texture.

Nut butter
In a blender, combine your favorite nuts and blend until smooth. You may add a pinch of salt. If the mixture is too dense, you can add a bit of avocado oil or olive oil. For an extra energy boost, add chia seeds.

By making your own nut butter, you can avoid unnecessary sugars and salt often found in commercial nut butters. Additionally, you have the freedom to create your favorite nut butter or experiment with various nut combinations. Homemade jam will also taste much better and can be made with less sugar, ensuring your kid doesn’t experience a sugar overload, particularly during school hours when focus is important.
